​What an Awesome Carnival Class!

Huge thanks to all who participated in our 'Carnival class' on the Ekka holiday. In particular, our local business ladies who dedicated their time and also offered some magnificent door prizes. It was really wonderful to see fellow instructors and students from other classes catch up and share stories.

Spring is coming​: I am genuinely astounded at how well classes have been attended over winter. Julz, Gena and I see new ladies almost at every class.  And of course, our regulars are our local Zumba®Fitness backbone. 
As spring is upon us (and hopefully all those nasty winter bugs have left our territory), let's make sure we all maintain the fantastic exercise and lifestyle choices we have now promised our mind and body.

Most of you are aware that I recently completed my POUND® instructor training to now be accredited as a

I am slowly adding Pound tracks to the last quarter of our Toning classes at Fitzgibbon.
The 2 classes compliment each other beautifully. I have a small class set of toning sticks and Ripstix®.

If possible, please bring a mat to these classes.

School Camps: Julz and Nelly will be filling for me for just a couple of classes this month as I complete school camps for the year and take a quick trip to Perth for my niece's wedding. Wed class 7th Sept: Bracken Ridge SS 6.30pm (Julz)
Due to hall being used for school parent/teacher interviews, we will have class in the undercover area 'D' block.
