Hi All!  So 2021 nearly half done.. can you believe it! It's getting chilly out there and hard to get going during these cold winter mornings and darker evenings but boy it feels good to move, especially in weather like this. I'm not a great fan of the heat so for me it's a nice change.
What's your preferred season to exercise?
I've been busy this pass month with camps and special events, of course always being grateful that some of these have resumed during current challenging times. 
School holidays are just about here so I will be out and about in local parks representing Brisbane City Council and Moreton Bay Regional Council with their fantastic free initiatives to help keep kids moving during the break. These sessions are also a great way for parents and carers  to grab a coffee and catch up in the fresh air of our local surrounds. There really are some beautiful parks just on our doorstep.

I'm thrilled that more Zumba Gold classes are being added to my schedule ... this really is a fantastic programme for those either new to Zumba, recovering from injury or seeking a slightly lower intensity. Having said all that, we still have great fun and sweat! Below is July scheduled classes where you will also see a new Friday  lunchtime addition at Zillmere PCYC.

Our local Hall classes are still very much ON during school holidays (no rest for the wicked lol)

​Did you know that Miss Julz and some of our talented participants are involved in local Theatre companies and alike? Enjoy some local entertainment during the school holidays with 'Noah' presented by Jafa Performance Group. click on flyer below with direct link to show details.
​It would mean so much to them to see you in the audience cheering them on. 
​You might even be inspired to join such groups in the future!

Do you know someone who would like to play a musical instrument or is seeking a brass/woodwind instrument serviced during the holidays?
