April Fitness 2017

Where has the beginning of the year gone!?

Welcome to the first Fitness newsletter for 2017 and a huge welcome to our newbies in class who are not such 'newbies' anymore. It is wonderful to see our Energetic Music fun, fitness family grow.

As mentioned in the last Newsletter (far too long ago) I have been busy with all my regular classes as well as camps up and down the coast and of course selling lots of musical instruments and print music.
​I have added a Google calendar to the home page of this website (bottom) as many of you ask about my other classes outside of our venues at Brighton, Bracken Ridge and Fitzgibbon (particularly the kids classes I teach at PCYC which include Singing, Performance, Ballet & Hip Hop).

​I am again forever grateful to Julz, Gena, Nelly & Kerrie (and our new recruit 'Hilz') for making sure classes run as normal while I'm away doing 'stuff'. We never like to cancel class if it can at all be avoided. Your commitment to us never goes unrecognised. For last minute class changes, the Facebook page is the best form of communication such as our recent class cancellation due to extreme weather conditions.

 School holiday activity for kids 

Energetic Music is now a proud provider for the 'Active Holidays' programme Moreton Bay Region. Miss Kez and I will be conducting the follow sessions over the Easter break:
Ref #NBR — Fun Size Hip Hop (3-11yrs) Date:07 April 2017, 9am-10am
Location:Endeavour Park , Endeavour Esplanade (opposite Newport Drive), Newport
Cost:FreePop, lock and jump around during this fun-filled musical activity. Participants will be bouncing with energy as they develop their coordination skills through dance.
Please note: Wear enclosed shoes, a hat, sunscreen and bring a snack and water bottle. Parents/carer are required to stay for the duration of the session.

Cost:FreePop, lock and jump around during this fun-filled musical activity. Participants will be bouncing with energy as they develop their coordination skills through dance.
